7. Body Plan/Process Goal Map Creation (Reviewed Every 2 Months).

3. Set your classes for the week and document the classes on the Facebook page by Sunday at 9pm. Also, be sure to schedule all classes by Sunday in our online scheduler. If you cancel or change a class, you must let us know on the Facebook page why you cancelled and when you will make up the class.
